The aim of the workshop was to address in detail practical issues related to the financial rules applicable to CBHE grants. The event was also an opportunity for beneficiaries to discuss some problems that are faced during implementation of the projects, as well as to exchange knowledge and experience with other projects that are implementing at the University of Montenegro.
